How will my order be shipped?

We work with an international transport company: All our parts are packed on a pallet.

A tracking number is provided by the transporter to be able to track your pallet in real time.

For small parts we send the parts with the transport company DPD. The tracking number is provided by the carrier.

Do you deliver to Europe?
Yes! We deliver everywhere in Europe.

Make sure the items you order are cleared in your country.

For deliveries outside Europe, the freight forwarder is the responsibility of the customer.

Our head office is based in Lithuania.

We have two storage warehouses located in Germany.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Shipping takes 8 to 10 days for payment by bank transfer

What should I do if I receive a defective product?
If there is a manufacturing defect, or a problem during transport, let us know within 14 days of receipt of your goods and (provided your case is legitimate), we will send you a replacement part .

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours.

After this period, your order will already be processed and you will no longer be able to cancel.
